Complaints

Whilst we do everything we can to provide a positive environment for your child, we recognise that there may be occasions where you are dissatisfied with aspects of the school.

For further guidance please see click here for our Complaints Policy.

The Difference between a Concern and a Complaint

A concern is an expression of worry or doubt over an issue considered to be important for which reassurances are sought.

A complaint is a  formal expression of dissatisfaction, specifically about actions taken or a lack of action.

Please note that all complaints must be addressed to the school and not the school Governors. The Governors can only be involved in a complaint process after the school has had the opportunity to address the complaints.

The school will not respond to any complaints that have been generated using AI or other products.
