I am an Assistant Headteacher at Gascoigne Primary school and I have been in the teaching profession since 2005 in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham.  The earlier part of my career was in the private sector, where I was a buyer in retail, e-commerce and mail order, however in 2005 I decided to pursue a more fulfilling career in education. I have a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the University of London.
